Cancellation
You can opt for this service under China customs clearance services if you wish to cancel the declaration of your goods. The required documents will be based on the type of claim, or the type of goods concerned in the transaction.
You will not be permitted to resort to the cancellation of the declaration of your goods under China customs clearance if they have already been released. Further it is unavailable if your case concerns a collected claim, if it undergoing the process of being audited, issued makkasa or the time limit to make the declaration has lapsed. Cancellation of declaration will impose a fine on the customer.
